  Fair, don’t expect a lot. In fact, my opinion is that it’s an overpriced hotel. Not much in the way of amenities, although the staff is very courteous and helpful. The breakfast is what you expect from a Hilton Hampton Inn. We had supper at the hotel, thinking that this would be the only option late at night. My wife’s meal was nothing to write home about. My meal, a Caesar’s salad, was terrible. I wrote to the hotel voicing my opinion, and the response was perfunctory, no offer of making it up to us on a future stay. Poor guest relations. BTW, there many dining options in the neighborhood, just a few blocks from Carrera 7.

  While visiting Bogota, Colombia, my wife and I decide to stay at the Hampton in since we are loyal to the Hilton hotels. The room I had was very small but Very clean, quiet, and relaxing. There where no face towels like most Hamptons I stay in the U.S. The room had a storage safe to keep your valuables, and you need your key to access floors on the elevator. Although the gym was small, the equipment was well, maintained and clean. The hotel is close to restaurants. Heads up for grandparents visiting family, they have a strict policy with children staying with you. I did not know you need notarized documentation for Grandkids for overnight stay. I have some family in Bogota and my wife and I wanted to have each of our Grand kids one on one with us and they would not allow my grandkids to stay with us a night even with permission from my son unless I had a notarized documentation. That was different. So make sure you have relatives provide documents prior. But, I realized with Colombia's background with child safety, that this is important for safety reasons. Customer Service was great during our stay even with the language barrier. Housekeeping was very helpful to our needs. Breakfast was just ok. The food wasn't that great and much to choose comparing to the Hiltons & Hampton Inns in the U.S. Most of the time we were out visiting tourist spots. Overall, it was a relaxing stay, and I felt safe in the hotel and the neighborhood jogging. I would come back and stay here again next year.   Nice stay at the Hampton.

  We had a great stay at this hotel. Checkin was swift and easy. The staff overall were great, especially Maria our housekeeper on the fourth floor was the best. The room was nice, beds were comfy, especially the pillows. The only pitfall was their sky lounge restaurant. Even though their menu had a good variation, their menu items were virtually tasteless so we opted to dine out at nearby restaurant outside the hotel. Breakfast was ok with a rotating daily variation of items and fresh fruit. Most of the time the coffee and milk in the air pots were cold. But overall a good stay.

  Great service, very clean rooms

  I stayed here on a work trip for several nights in February 2024. The room was comfortable & very clean, enough space for a solo business traveler. The breakfast was a bit disappointing to be honest. However the service was very memorable. I had gotten very sick (food poisoning) from a meal I had in a Bogota restaurant (not at this hotel) during this trip, and the front desk workers called to check on me and brought water & Gatorade up for me. They were quite attentive & it was very much appreciated.

  Bad breakfast and unprofessional staff

  The rooms are small for Bogota. I had stayed here several times and it is so sad to see how the quality and service have declined so much. The front desk staff is not engaged and completely unresponsive. We asked for them to provide soy or almond milk and they told us they would make it happen. We stayed three days and nothing. The man who managed the breakfast room was rude, unhelpful and only concerned about writing down the room number. The breakfast is atrocious: day old bread, stale coffee, limited fruit, no natural juice. What a total disaster. The streets around the property are a maze of construction zone and noise. The whole stay was unpleasant and rough. Ah yes! The front doors that were automatic in the past are now broken and there doesn’t seem to be any urgency in fixing them. The whole place needs a renovation and perhaps better staff. The place seemed so sad and pathetic but they still are charging premium prices. Run in the opposite direction!!!
