Severalof the light switches in the room did not work.They automatic blinds were not operableThere was no plug over the mini bar where the coffee machine was located. You had to move the coffee machine across the living room area of the suite to make coffee.It was a beautiful room, very very spacious. It just had technical difficulties with electrical outlets and set up. The Casa Dan Carlton is a hidden gem in Bogota. Although I have never been here before, I am well traveled enough to recognize true beauty when I see it. This hotel is a 3.5 star property and we had a 2.5 star experience. The pros: it’s in a good location and has the elements of a grand, upscale hotel. Also, the gym is nice and the pool and roof area are good very good.
