The experience started badly; I had to wait more than 10 minutes at reception for the receptionist to appear so I could check in. No one showed me the room or helped me with my luggage. And the check-in process was made by an unamiable employee. Breakfast has improved a little; it is now acceptable, with a variety for all tastes. Love your hotel. My first stay, but my 2 sons use your property twice a year traveling between Venezuela and the US. They are professional baseball players.Great staff! Santiago was amazing with the check in on arrival, and providing no assistance. He was professional, courteous, and attentive to our well being.
