My experience at the AC Hotel Bogotá was a complete disaster from start to finish. The front desk was poorly managed, and the staff’s English comprehension was minimal, making even basic communication difficult.The photos online are completely misleading — the lobby is tiny, nothing like the sleek, spacious images shown on Marriott’s site. Disappointing and Unsafe Experience | Mold
We were shocked to find our room in such poor condition. My mother arrived late at night and went to sleep despite noticing an unusual odor. The next morning, I immediately recognized the smell of mildew and discovered that both the pillows (that she slept on) and blinds were covered in mold.When I raised this with the hotel, I was told no refund would be issued (not allowing us to leave to a diff… We were shocked to find our room in such poor condition. Brilliant hotel in an exciting location of Bogota
My family & I had a most memorable experience I this hotel. From checking in to the end, we were welcomed by a super friendly staff who immediately made us feel at home.
