Overall a clean establishment, a comfortable room, and it felt safe. The neighbourhood is secure. I also enjoyed the coffee shop downstairs which was open most of the day - this was good.Some ladies at the front desk were not so friendly upon check-in or throughout my stay. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is located in a good area where you can walk freely through the nearby neighborhood and feel safe. Also, you can find many coffee shops, restaurants, and place to shop in the area.I would like to thank Carmen D for taking the time to help me correct some things with my Rewards membership. My staying at the hotel was great , great customer service , great breakfast, employees at the front desk are helpful , the internet was good. My room was excellent, clean sheets daily , bathroom is super clean. And the location is superb you are close to almost anything in the north . The restaurant is good .
