I stayed at this hotel for three nights from May 30 to June 2, 2024. My stay was very negative because the people in charge of cleaning the room robbed me, I put the most valuable items I had in the safe box and that allowed them to be saved but there was no aditional space for other less valuable items so I put them in my suitcase and put a padlock on it which was useless because they forced it,… I stayed at this hotel for three nights from May 30 to June 2, 2024. Absolutely horrible. To start we had a problem registering when we arrived. The first night we ate at the restaurant downstairs and the waiter tried to lie to us that the tip on the bill was for the hotel and tried to get us to leave a second tip. This was obviously a lie. Then the AC in the room was broken and wouldn’t cool. We ended up changing rooms the second day. The flooring in the shower is… Absolutely horrible. This was a large group that was planned for more than a year. We had over 45 people planning to stay in the hotel along with a planned party that was up on the 13th floor for 45 people and was an absolute nightmare! Management was quick to take my $$ for the food and set up of of the party. They were SO understaffed and ill prepared it very soon turned into a complete nightmare and disappointment.… This was a large group that was planned for more than a year. We had such a wonderful experience at this property. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. The breakfast was really superb. The attendants went above and beyond to make sure my son had food he liked. There is a large array of types of foods and everything was fresh and tasted great. Very nice, clean and organized hotel! Some of their staff needs a little bit more etiquette training, but overall a good experience.
