Surprisingly a very nice hotel, got a suite in the corner, and it seems like a brand new hotel, where all the furnitures, decor, was perfectly designed.However, the bad part about the hotel is they should have managed the inflow of members that came into the executive lounge. As on the nights that we are there, the whole lounge was practically full and no available seat was around. At check in, in the lounge, noticed my passport being photographed on a cell phone, asked if it was a personal phone, was told yes and said stop. Turned into a situation. Tried connecting to hotel Internet, could not connect, went to ask if there was an issue, and the immediate response is give me your phone. Hotel with great hospitality. Even though we were late by couple of minutes for check-in at the lounge Ms carrie trainee was very courteous and organised the best possible food she could with big smile.
