Upon arriving at the hotel I was surprised with how smoothly they made the check in and handled all my questions, especially in light of the fact that we have just come out of a covid lockdown and in many places foreign travellers are seen as a bit of a difficulty, but not here! I was always made to feel very welcome.Most of the staff I met spoke at least a little English and some a lot! This is not a luxury hotel. It provides good, clean, convenient accommodations. The rooms are comfortable. Staff was friendly and was always kind to my inquiring 7 year. This hotel has to be the worst hotel I have ever been to. The service was so-so but the whole aesthetics and presentation and quality of furniture were so dull. There is nothing grand about this hotel.
