This was our first trip to China and the Westin Tianhe was our abode for a few days. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to Linhe west / Linhexi metro as well as a few small malls around for food. This hotel has the best concierge service I have ever received! Karry helped me very quickly with my situation. He provided professional service and it took just 15 minutes for him to deal with the situation with my broken luggage. Really appreciate his service! First trip in early April spent 12 days at the hotel as I was very busy meeting with suppliers and manufacturers. Hotel is ideally located, food is great and the rooms a very good. But most of all the staff are outstanding. Very polite, attentive and professional.
