Excellent locatrion. Quiet for the central location. Literally in the middle of everything you need. Smallish room. But very well priced for the area. A little tired around the edges but not bad. Unpleasant Dark & Stale smoke smelling hotel room

When we arrived staff were friendly and efficient & we were promptly escorted to our allocated room.As soon as we walked into our room the absolute overwhelming smell of stale smoke was disgusting, so strong and unbearable. The room was dark and gloomy, very disappointing.We headed back to reception to possibly request another room as the smell was actually making us feel unwell. Leeden is a mixed use property with hotel located on the north side. A convenient location next to 3rd line - the direct line from the airport and direct to the famous Guangzhou zoo with safari. My family of 4 totally enjoyed our stay, and we are so glad to have found this hotel as a base in Guangzhou.
