The worst hotel experience in my life. The entire front staff should be fired immediately especially Justin and Gary the assistant manager on duty. They do not belong in the hotel industry. They are tarnishing the Kempinski hotel group name. They both have zero customer service skills, zero empathy and very argumentative . If you are in Guangzhou, book any properties from Hyatt, Sheraton, Mercure,… The worst hotel experience in my life. Exceptionally spacious—easily much larger and more comfortable. The layout is thoughtful, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect sanctuary after a long day.
