I came to Guangzhou with limited Mandarin Chinese. The concierge staff, Ricky ，ken，provided excellent service and enthusiastically arranged our itinerary for a few days. Worth praising. Examples of great service as sending linen to my next hotel when I had mistimed my check out the laundry service time required.

Quick facts:Great location.Great room layout.Great breakfast and dinner.Great staff and management team. They listened to your request and able to make improvement asap. This is what set the hotel apart from other hotels.I highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting GZ.

Huge hotel with many rooms / specially for Indian food I went to this hotel , good location - xiobei main road - easy access everything , specially metro and anytime Texi service is available a must visit place for relax and cozy experience in Guangzhou

I returned to Guangzhou on March 24 to check into the Asia International Hotel, to praise Mai Yuming, Huang Guan and Yu Jiangnan, they serve the guests warmly and thoughtfully; In particular, Mak Yu-ming was always available to help arrange the itinerary and solve problems. Made our trip to Guangzhou very smooth and comfortable, next time back to Guangzhou I will stay at Asia Hotel again

Need improvement in hotel service.

The shower tap run hot water, unable to adjust to warm water. After long verrifying with the hotel staff, they agreed to change us to another room. They directed to us to another "non-smoking" room. But it smell with heavy cigarette smell and there's ash tray on the table. How can they insisted to lie to us that is a non smoking room?Another incident, we booked through them the " hotel transport" to airport for the next day morning 7am meeting at lobby. We made the full payment on the day before. They told us there will be a morning call maybe 10 mins before to remind us to come down for the transport. But, no morning call receive the next day, we reached 7am exact at the lobby with no sight of the transport. Hotel staff told us the driver lost/miss his way to hotel. How can the driver dont know the way to hotel? Isnt it the hotel transport? The staff continue to tell us to wait for another 10 mins for the driver to come. But 15 mins past, still no sight of the car. After we went to confront the staff, he then told us he called another transport for us. So dishonest. We then get to know for the driver that the transport doensnt belong to the hotel. Its just like a normal on spot taxi/ grab booking.
