Our stay was booked for 24 nights. Before arrival we had notified we were travelling to Chile from Scotland and would arrive, after 24 hours travelling, around midday on September 2nd and could they arrange for an early check in so we could rest. Great location and outstanding service. Ms Maria Isabel took care of us during a couple of our restaurant visits. She ensured that we were well taken care, while also taking care of her other customers. Overall great experience. The whole staff was very helpful and a delight to interact with.
