  Pro: Beautiful room and property. The hotel is in immaculate condition! The cleanliness is also top tier. Additionally, the hotel is in an amazing location. It is right on the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants.Con: The service is severely lacking. Our room was not ready until 1.5 hours after check-in time. I asked and was told that valet ran all night, which turned out to be incorrect. There were several other misses when it came to service specifically. This hotel needs to work on its execution in order to be a great hotel.   Pullman Vina Del Mar… what an incredible property! The location cannot be beat! We had been warned multiple times about scammers and robberies around Valparaiso, so upon arrival I was a bit on edge. The parking situation is semi stressful but it worked. Cristian the front desk manager noticed I was on edge. He dropped what he was doing, welcomed me and my future wife, and promptly got someone to watch our car and help us with our luggage. This was the end of Festival in Vina Del Mar and the hotel was packed! Security was on top of it! Not a chance they were going to let a scammer inside. The entire staff was amazing… we had an incredible stay!The staff at these hotels have made me and my wife customers for LIFE! We will be staying at your hotels from now on whenever possible.   problems with the security of your belongings

  I checked out of the hotel at noon and returned two hours later asking about my original iPhone 16 charger, which I had left plugged in under the window desk. The room had already been cleaned, and the charger was nowhere to be found, though I'm 100% sure it was there. This shows that the hotel's security leaves much to be desired, and be careful about leaving valuables in plain sight in your room.temas de seguridad: dejé el hotel a las 12 del día (check out) y volví a las dos horas preguntando por mi cargador iphone 16 original que se me había quedad enchufado debajo del escritorio de la ventana. La pieza ya había sido aseada y no había aparecido el cargador, el cual estoy 100% segura que quedó ahí. Esto da cuenta que la seguridad del hotel deja mucho que desear y cuidado con dejar cosas de valor a la vista en la pieza.   Absolutely not worth the money they charge. Our room was quite run down. I booked the room with the spa for the end of our journey so I could relax but the spa jets were full of rust and old soap scum so didn’t bother. Oh and BRING EAR PLUGS! The windows are not even close to being sound proof and it’s a very very busy street at all hours of the night for drag racing and bikes!! The coffee pods were missing so we went and bought some ourselves and no one even tries to help us navigate espanol (as we’re Australian) - they were even quite rude to us when they realised we only spoke a little bit. While I understand that frustration of non-native speakers, I would have expected a little English speaking from some of them to help their tourists out. Won’t go back.   Not a sea view

  First note is the room description “sea view” which is not totally true. To be honest the view is in best case “partial sea view” and that would give a better idea what you are paying and getting.As a bonus, there was even a roadwork outside our window. And they started to work before 8 am.Second note is the breakfast on our first morning. When we arrived to restaurant about 8:30 all the tables were full of dirty dishes and basically all the food was eaten from the buffet. And during the first 10 minutes we didn’t see any other personnel than Luisa at the reception of the breakfast. We cleaned a table for us and started to having the limited breakfast what was available. After 20 minutes some food started to appear and tables started to be cleaned. But in the end the variety being limited thru whole breakfast and the restaurant being uncomfortably dirty. Second morning was totally different from the first morning.Third note is minor detail, but as you know the devil is in the details. After first night we were not restocked with coffee pods and I asked them from the front desk. Receptionist asked if we wanted decaf or real coffee and I asked for real stuff. In the end we had more coffee - and it was decaf. Not a success story there.In the end, the only thing that worked really nicely was valet parking, thank you for that.
