Es un apartahotel super lindo. Tranquila ubicación a 15 minutos caminando del centro de Reñaca y a 3 minutos caminando de restaurantes exquisitos. Cómodos apartamentos con cocinas equipadas. Recomendado para escape de unos días.It is a cute aparthotel. Quiet location 15 minutes away (walking distance) from the center of Reñaca and 3 minutes away of exquisite restaurants. Very comfortable apartment with well-equipped kitchen

The sea views from Neruda Mar Suite are amazing, and you can hear the waves crashing against the rocks opposite. Our apartment was very clean and comfortable, and we loved the well-equipped kitchen. Having an oven was a real treat. The pool is small but views from the pool are great. Staff were really friendly and helpful.The shops are a 15 minute walk from the apartments, but there are very frequent buses (only 400 pesos) so if you have heavy shopping, there's no problem to get it back. Also, buses to Vina del Mar and Valparaiso pass all the time, so you can go out sightseeing very easily. You can also walk up to Con Con in about half an hour. pecheverria2016, Director Comercial at MR. Expensive for what they offer

The place lacks maintenance. People is friendly but the place is too expensive and it is not at the level of a 4 stars. Better get a nice furnished apartment and will be better. The breakfast is awful. The cleaning service is not good. I had a water leak from the upper floor that flooded my bathroom. Pictures in the website are totally out dated.

Its a tired place, the whole place could do with a renovation. Wifi was not good, it is free but you are given a code but you have to log in at least once an hour.Hot water, every morning I would have to call down to reception to get the hot water turned on. in the end I ended up moving hotels.

The vacation was great but hotel was just ok.

Location is great. But hotel is not 4 starts as stated. The best part of the vacation was how close the hotel was from the ocean. There isn't a restaurant in the premises and rooms are clean but just ok. TVS are small and chunky and super old. There is NOT Wi-fi. Ms Patricia was very nice as well as the cleaning crews and the gentleman in the front desk , they were all extreme courteous and polite. What I didn't like was the pool, bird poop was all over and even feathers in the pool. It was bit cold to go in the water but still, pool should have been cleaned everyday,
