We just spent 3 nights at the Marina del Rey (Best Western) in Vina del Mar and absolutely loved it. The staff are unbelievably kind and so very helpful. No question is too big or too small. The hotel is very well located - along the EFE train line (Mirador Stop just a block or two away) to Valparaiso and other parts of Vina del Mar, which is a beautiful and very safe city. We had booked a king room for 3 nights. On the morning after our 1st night a weird thing happened, I got locked in the bathroom and could not get out ! The promptly sent their maintenance guy over and he was able to dismantle the doorknob from the outside and got me out in about 20 mins.The folks that helped Katherine & then Guillermo put us into a bigger suite and comped part of our cost, so… We had booked a king room for 3 nights.
