The staff are all five star!
What a wonderful stay at The Singular! The hotel is lovely, comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms with a massive tub, great facilities, and an absolutely perfect location in a lovely safe area with plenty of fabulous restaurants walking distance. Refinement and elegance in the perfect location
Can’t speak highly enough of this hotel— stay there if you can and as often as you can! All the new hotels trying to achieve ‘shabby chic’ for the really big bucks have nothing on the Singular— not that it is actually shabby at all, it’s just the real thing. Nice place , but not when the rooftop is closed …
The hotel is very good , Nice spacious room. Quiet area of Santiago , bu close to the historic center (walking distance). Quality of food at dinner was very good.However , two negative points :- when I arrived , I was informed that the rooftop was closed for renovation. This can happen , bu should be announced before : the day before my arrival I could still book a table for dinner on the rooftop… The hotel is very good , Nice spacious room. Lovely upscale hotel, lovely staff.
Genuinely one of the best hotel experiences my wife an I have ever had. Everything about it, from the staff to the room to the breakfast spread, was pretty much perfect. Jorge, in particular, as awesome. He remembered our name every time we walked into the lobby and was helpful with every question we had. Lovely upscale hotel, lovely staff.
