    Well-furnished rooms, good internet, and a varied breakfast. Water dispensers were available on every floor, and the staff were friendly and well-spoken.     Very nice hotel with amazing staff!

    I spent 3 nights at this hotel and it was a great experience. Sophia, at the front desk was amazing. I told her I was practicing my Spanish so she was very patient as I stumbled through the registration process. She was so supportive and helpful. She also helped with great restaurant recommendations and directions for accessing the Hop On Hop Off bus.We also ate breakfast in the restaurant every morning and felt so welcomed by Gracie. After ordering an omelette the first day, she checked every morning to see if my order was taken. The amazing thing about this was that Gracie is the Hostess, not a Server. But she went out of her way to ensure we were taken care of.As for the rooms, they were well taken care of, clean and spacious. We could have used a few more clothes hangers but that’s minor. And I’m sure they would have provided if requested.Love this hotel.     The staff were amazing and made us feel welcome and at home. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and modern. Great location and felt safe tucked off the street with a great gym and pool. Perfect place for families.     Ola Santiago Hilton is a clean, comfortable, new hotel in a great location in Santiago. Very convenient to the subway and in a great neighborhood with restaurants and nearby shopping.     Ola Santiago…great place in a great neighborhood!

    From the moment we walked through the door Ola Santiago Tapestry by Hilton had everything we were looking for as we arrived in Santiago! The staff were always very helpful and accommodating! They were able to provide early check-in which was greatly appreciated following an overnight international flight. The room was spacious and had all we needed, and the breakfast was great with lots of options! The neighborhood can’t be beat; central and close to all we wanted to do! We felt very safe and loved taking walks and enjoying Santiago neighborhood life! Would definitely recommend and will stay here again next time we’re in Santiago!!
