Wonderful hotel, lovely decor and very clean. Spa is complimentary and includes a bath and saunas. There is also a roof top pool. Breakfast was fresh and a wide range of foods available. Shout out to Ivan concierge, Gabrielle on reception and the lady in lower level and lady in spa reception who were all welcoming, friendly and professional and willing to help as required. Loved our stay here. The room was modern and spacious. The rooftop area is great for a drink while viewing the Andes in the distance. Very beautiful hotel, fantastic location, excellent breakfasts, horrible check in procedure, very noisy as there are several bars just downstairs. Nice pool area and nice gym and spaWe really enjoyed this hotel, however, the check in experience was really horrible and unpleasant.
