Horrible experience
The accommodation provided was somewhat outdated, with a notably compact room intended for three guests, which offered limited space for luggage. The bathroom exhibited signs of mold, and the shower head requires replacement. Additionally, the staff appeared to demonstrate a lack of engagement in customer service. Location was good, hotel was so so...

Two day visit to Santiago and Valporaiso
This hotel is very close to the city center and the business area. The area has some nice restaurants and it is safe to walk around! The comfort of this hotel is average. Hence, do not expect very high comfort level. Bed sheets were clean and WiFi was more or less OK! However, for two nights it was OK! This hotel is very close to the business area, it's safe to walk around, there are great restaurants around. The Costanera Mall is walking distance, so it's very convenient if you like to walk.About the hotel, it is kinda old, so not very comfortable.
