The hotel itself if well located - metro next door, great tourist artisan market almost next door, lots of good walking spots - in the day !!! Reception was great - helpful staff, friendly door security staff. Breakfast buffet was fine, only had one dinner there, and wouldnt recommend it. Only had coffee perk in room - had to ask for kettle. Overcharging of foreign guests up to 6% above Accor reservation confirmation amounts ...

Avoid. They try to overcharge foreign travellers up to 6% on top of what is specified in CLP when you reserve via Accor site/mobile app, due to artificially inflated exchange rates when they convert to their preferred currency of USD for payment, and similarly poor exchange rates when converting Accor All points values from EUR. The hotel manager is also unprofessional, not responding to me at all… Avoid. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location is great, with a fantastic market nearby offering awesome souvenirs at very reasonable prices, and a Hop-On Hop-Off bus stop just a short walk away. I thought this was an excellent hotel in the heart of central Santiago. It's close to many museums and sights, like Santa Lucia hill, Plaza De Armes, the Teatro, Museum of Fine arts. The hotel is also on the L1 subway (entrance just beside it). The hotel staff were friendly and nice, and tried to accommodate requests like late check out. I stayed for new year's and could see the fireworks at Torre… I thought this was an excellent hotel in the heart of central Santiago.
