I can’t gush enough about Hotel Ismael! Everything was superb: from the airport, to the check in, to the breakfasts, to all the super friendly staff, to the room, to the location!! A special, deeply heartfelt thanks to Diego and Javiera who helped me avert a catastrophe of my own making. You both are lifesavers and deserve high praise! Great staff, great rooms and nice views

Stayed for 2 nights. Had a very good experience. Staff friendly. Nice ambience. We had a junior suite which was lovely and spacious and we could soak in a nice hot bath after a long day of exploring. The kitchen staff are wonderful even when breakfast got busy. Jose - Carlos and his team make delicious omelettes, just ask. He loves his job and it shows. You can also get a good cappuccino, again on… Stayed for 2 nights. Had a very good experience. Staff friendly. Nice ambience. I stayed for one night recently. The staff is very friendly but the hotel room is pretty shabby. There were two flies in the room when I arrived. Just seemed like everything was dusty and old. The kind of place where you don’t walk around in bare feet. The bathroom mouldings looked moldy and even the bottles in the shower the labels looked dirty.
