I stayed at Hotel Ibis booked through my company for almost a month. My suitcase was open on the floor, and today while housekeeping was cleaning, I accidentally saw the cleaning staff stepping on my clothes and even standing inside my suitcase! I can’t imagine how my belongings have been treated every day when I wasn’t around. If I hadn’t booked this hotel through my company, I would have changed… I stayed at Hotel Ibis booked through my company for almost a month. This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. It is in a good location. The hotel is clean, tidy and the staff are really friendly. The attached restaurant is reasonably priced with really good food. I was here for a multi-night stay and my room was very comfortable, clean bed, clean towels, room serviced every day. Grotty room not even a glass to clean your teeth with . Broken tiles in the bathroom and right next to the lift. In top of that the restaurant do not take credit cards!!! ???Not a great experience and to exit the booking is 1 nights stay. Consider the icon hotel opposite. Ibis Santiago Manquehue Norte is worth every penny you pay. Building is well maintained, room are what you should expect for the price you pay, staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very well located, just a few steps from Metro Manquehue.
