A nice, pleasant hotel. The view from the restaurant is wonderful, as it overlooks the Andes Mountains.Very modern facilities that are always clean. The rooms are wonderfully spacious and well-designed. There is a comfortable couch to unwind on, a functional desk for working or taking notes, and ample storage space for luggage and clothes. Disappointing stay. Cold and unwelcoming . All the acs are locked and managed centrally. Compared to the many Hyatt Places I have stayed on my way to Lifetime Globalist status, the Hyatt Place Santiago stands out for its very large, stylish and comfortable rooms, great team members and chis location. I really enjoyed my stay at this property, which is not how I would describe most Hyatt Places.
