This is an excellent property in the heart of Las Condes Santiago. All services are rendered with professionalism and kindness. Our stay actually started off very well. The staff we interacted with initially were friendly and attentive, and we were enjoying our time at the hotel. There was a persistent sewer-like odor around the elevator area throughout our stay, but I was willing to overlook that because I felt everything else had been positive.Unfortunately, our experience took a complete turn on our last day. At check in I waited in the Expedited check in line but nobody was there to greet me and in the regular line the girl was checking in couple. Once they finished checking in, the girl looked at me and she just said that it was there to check in. Very good Hotel, clean, beautiful, the staff is amazing. Very good location, near Metro, and good restaurants.
