Absolutely terrible wifi/internet. Let's you connect but simply does not work. In 2024 this is completely unacceptable, it's mandatory that there is working internet. This hotel has little to recommend it. First the good news - the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rest is bad news. There were no towels or bath mats in the room when we arrived. The a/c was pathetic, and Santiago is in the middle of a heatwave. The rooms get a lot of street noise, even on the 7th floor. The breakfast is mediocre - only the lady who cooks the omelettes knew how to smile.… This hotel has little to recommend it. First the good news - the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The lobby and outside of this hotel looked nice. However, when we got to our room, we were very disappointed. The room was old and dated, especially the carpet. We were glad we brought flip flops to walk around in. The shower had mildew, especially on the fixtures. We were on the second floor. Not sure if the higher floors were nicer.
