Gloomy, overpriced, unhelpful and unfriendly

Tired decor, surly and unhelpful staff, a bare minimum of poor quality equipment and toiletries provided in the apartments. Only slight upside is the location. I hadn't made it in through the door before ID and payment was being demanded (no welcome or greeting). I was then given inaccurate information about my reservation. A very nice hotel, very well located. The staff kind. Near a lot of bar and restaurant. The rooms cozy and very large with kitchen and terraces. We would definitely come back to this hotel. Location is great, but the rooms are pretty budget. Never could get any hot water in the bathroom, so I didn't use the old shower. Everyone who worked there was very friendly. The location is very good. Yet rooms are very old and ugly. You see that in the furniture, in the kitchen, in the bathroom...in all. Even the elevators did not work properly.
