Disgusting bathroom and unbearable smell

A very unpleasant experience. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and had a terrible smell that spread throughout the entire room. We had to endure the odor all night, which made it extremely difficult to sleep and feel comfortable. Best location you can find in Santiago. Very nice hotel, spacious rooms, everything is spotless. I was traveling by myself and I felt safe and relaxed in this hotel. They have the best breakfast, an unbelievable amount of different foods with many healthy choices. The service is absolutely amazing. The Plaza Hotel del Bosque Ebro is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Room 1201 is very quiet and spacious with a desk and pocket doors to close the bedroom from the 'working room'. It's clean. And quiet. But our reservation did not include breakfast. When we checked in, at ~ 1 am, the receptionist said that our reservation included breakfast. I didn't question the apparent discrepancy as I hav… The Plaza Hotel del Bosque Ebro is a beautiful hotel in a great location.
