Seriously helpful staff
My friend and I stayed here a couple of weeks ago. The hotel is perfectly okay, nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable and well situated. But…the staff were fantastic. I became very ill - they organised a taxi to A & E. Housekeeping were fantastic, changing my bed, giving me extra towels, double-lining a bin so I could be sick in it. Two days later reception called for emergency medics who t… My friend and I stayed here a couple of weeks ago. The hotel is perfectly okay, nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable and well situated. great location but very average hotel
We spent 2 nites in this hotel which was long enough; the only saving feature is the location as it’s really well located and pretty much in the centre. Many things are very close and in walking distance. Great location and wonderful staff
You can do a walking city tour, with no need for private guide. Many historical /touristic places are very near by: Palacio de la Moneda, Cerro Santa Lucia, Plaza del Armas, Santiago Cathedral. It is also close to Moneda metro station if you want to go further. The staff is also very polite and helpful, they really care about guests and if you have any doubts or need any help, they are ready to ass… You can do a walking city tour, with no need for private guide. Awesome stay
Wonderful hotel! Very tasty breakfast. All staff are awesome, but we want to express our appreciation especially to Miguel. Miguel’s English is excellent and he helped many times to resolve some language barriers and important questions about our travel.Wonderful hotel! Very tasty breakfast. OK for a short stay
I stayed 3 nights in the so called executive single room. My room was of a decent size, with all the appropriate amenities including a chair, a table, etc. There was also a small balcony, which was a nice surprise. The balcony was overlooking the street, which ended to be relatively quiet (Saturday and Sunday felt pretty dead in this area though). The bathroom was also spacious, everything worked p… I stayed 3 nights in the so called executive single room.
