Stay away!!!
Dirty, moldy, beds terrible, I have nothing nice to say about this place. I have traveled a lot and I have seen many hotels, but inside this one the rooms are run down, carpet stains all over, bathroom is full of hair and mold. Great area but lacks of basics
i got a big room with kitchen, huge bathroom and a balcony. It was very fresh, around 25 C when i went there, for a couple of nights. You are in the middle of a residential area of Providencia, walking distance of Los Leones metro station and many stores, even the famous Costanera Mall with its huge tower. Horribly disappointing. A very negative experience.
My family and I (spouse, and 2 children ages 16 and 8) had a very negative experience at Nogales Hotel. The Hotel is not clean, and is in disrepair. The carpets, towels and sheets are all worn and stained, and there were many holes in the walls, particularly the hallways and bathrooms. The breakfast was awful. Good but could be better
It is possible to be better with small adjustments. Breakfast should have a little more options, wifi should work inside room as well.Unfortunately, my memory about this hotel will be regarding a suicide inside hotel.
