  Allright, but noisy.

  Very well located indeed, near Museu de Bellas artes, restaurants, shopping area, metro station, great for walking, but it is not a "boutique" hotel. My room was too noisy, probably because a previous larger room was divided in two with paper wall. Can't say abou other rooms, but mine was terrible in this aspect.   Quaint hotel in a great location close to the Barrio Bellavista. Supermarket across the road which is really handy. Nice little terrace to chill on out the back. Room was ok for the price and breakfast was ok but there were numerous things that let it down.Our toilet didnt flush and you had to lift the top off to get it to work. The safe didnt work.   On booking.com I booked the wrong weekend for my stay at this hotel. It was a non refundable ticket and it was my fault. I arrived at the hotel and got to reception.   Renovated rooms and good breakfast. Nothing to complain about the hotel. Very friendly staff and great location - walking distance from the Patio Bellavista. Many bars and restaurants in the area.   Tremo hotel boutique was chosen due to a nice location. I checked in and went to the third floor (no elevator) the room. First, no fridge as promised and the floor was ripped and covered with a rug. To make matters worse there was an infiltration in the wall (subjected to mold).
