We spent 1 day and 1 night at the end of a road trip from Bolivia to Santiago.This hotel is just perfect.Right in front of T2, national arrivals, 3 minutes walk to the international departure.We enjoyed the large room and shower! The hotel is located next door to the airpot. The rooms are with space and classy. Everything is new and confortable - except a little mess about the rooms cards (but that is quite classical). The restaurant is also classy, but there was salmon on the menu and I am not eating salmon... Its all about the location. Apart from that nothing real special. Took a while to check in as it was busy , but given water on arrival which was nice. Staff were all freidnly and helpful .Room was big and clean. Food at the bar expensive and average at best . The gym was ok small but enough to do. My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay on our last night in Chile, after returning in the evening from the Atacama region. The hotel is just steps away from the domestic terminal. Our room was nice, comfortable and clean. The grounds are nicely designed and maintained. The breakfast buffet included in our rate package was excellent and the dining area was pleasant. Stayed here for one night in room 355. Was a warm welcome on arrival and a bottle of water given whilst formalities were dealt with. The room was super clean and tidy. A shame there was no in room fridge or water for this price point , it should be part of the set up. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The seafood pasta was average at best.
