Checked in yesterday to this great hotel in the newer part of Santiago. From check in all going really well. Great room with lots of space just to chill and enjoy. Massive table and couch to relax on and not just a bed. Breakfast was included in our price and is well worth it. Great location, wonderful Gold upgrade to corner room with views. Restaurant was also really good. And of course I loved the cookies. I would definitely return. Only downside was that the Wifi was a very spotty on 16th floor. Great stay! Thanks. Reminds us of what the Doubletree hotels were like 20-25 years ago in the U.S. Feels like a 4+ star hotel, with friendly service, and a 3 star price. Hotel room we had was immaculately clean and very roomy. Lots of restaurants, shopping and convenience stores within a 2-block radius. I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this Double tree! The hotel is wonderful and the staff are truly amazing. It was an awesome experience from the minute I walked in to the time I left. What a great hotel - it may be a doubletree but most of the facilities could be a Hilton. My stay started with a wonderful upgrade to a suite - which was a lovely room.
