Great quality and value! The hotel is centrally located. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, local attractions. Bathrooms and rooms were extremely clean. Great pressure on showers as well. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were comfortable size including a desk. The staff is very professional and welcoming. Luka at the front desk was exceptional. Excellent hotel in an upmarket area

Our room was enormous with 2 king size beds which was excellent. Unfortunately a tradition of having complimentary tea coffee making facilities seems to have come to an end in Chile. This hotel was nice, but nothing to write home about. It’s very clean and in a decent location, the lobby is lovely and the staff was nice. The outdoor patio is nice, but filled with smokers.
