Convenient on paper, frustrating in practice

We stayed at AC Hotel Santiago Cenco Costanera and unfortunately can't recommend it, especially for travelers coming from or going to the airport. The hotel is located inside a very busy mall, which makes getting around unnecessarily difficult. Very modern and relaxed vibe. Excellent location. Colocated in a skyscraper that has an outstanding selection of restaurants of all kinds of international food and budgets. American-style business hotel attached the an American-style shopping mall and supermarket. Hotel was quiet with Marriott amenities and very helpful front desk staff. The location is close to restaurants, shopping and the hop on hop off bus.The staff were very accommodating. We had multiple reservations that they linked so we did not have to move rooms.
