Quiet and comfortable
I stayed at the hotel for four nights - Sunday to Thursday. I was pleased with every aspect of the hotel and the service. It is in a very pleasant tree-filled neighborhood with the chance to go out for a short walk in the morning or evening. The lobby is very peaceful - almost like a luxury apartment building;. We booked this hotel for its heated swimming pool. It turned out to a approximately 5 x 1.5 m hot bath. Our room was so small that we had trouble storing our bags. We were unaware that the hotel restaurant is closed on Saturdays making us hunt in the cold for a restaurant. Great hotel! It was clean, quiet and in a nice location. The staff were excellent. Commendations to Daniella who ensured all of our connections and transportation needs were looked after, even with some last minute changes. Would highly recommend a stay there. Disappointing reception staff
Stayed 3 nights. Good location with restaurants and shops nearby. Rooms clean and well maintained. Breakfast was average plus rather than good. Limited other facilities and felt more focused on business than tourists. Only real complaint was attitude of staff on reception who really made no effort to provide information when asked.
