Excellent stay in Santa Cruz! Our family had a great time. Location is excellent and the hotel and rooms are a charm. Mauricio met us upon arrival and departure. He provided great local recommendations and listing of activities. Rosita was a dear and treated us so well. We felt so comfortable. Parking is conveniently located. Breakfast is great. This boutique hotel is right out of a fairtytale. The rooms and amentities feel like you are being transported to old world Chile.
