Pleasant hotel with a really nice location overlooking the lake and Volcano. The check in was a bit tedious but the hotel had been full the night before and the housekeeping was slow. The hotel is located by the lake which provided great views laying on the beds in the room. It also had wonderful restaurants nearby without the need to look further. The location is good and the staff is friendly but not very accommodating. Food restrictions weren’t taken seriously. Breakfast to go due to an early flight was a mess, not worth the money at all – one bag contained one sandwich - dry toast, no butter, dry cheese - a banana and a cereal bar.
