Heartless and Poor Customer Service
We booked a room, but made a mistake on the dates (off a month). We realized the mistake within an hour and contacted Expedia who contacted the hotel. Good value for money
Everything went smoothly. The only comment that I have is that the front desk should provide tour information. My tour booked through Viator was cancelled. Should be avoided
The hotel sits above a shopping area and a bus terminal in a remote area of Puerto Montt. The building is run down and shabby. Rooms are filthy, loud and small with bathrooms that you would like not to enter. Staff is friendly but they have only little knowledge about what they are doing and don't speak english at all. Extremely convenient to the bus terminal
We only spent one night here, to recharge between long trips between Chaiten and Valdivia but for convenience there is nothing like staying at a hotel resting on top of the bus terminal!Kudos to the staff for allowing us to store two bags before we embarked on our loop to Chiloe and the Chaiten.
