With the exception of the traffic, which was pretty horrible throughout Puerto Montt, this was a good, solid option for a one night stay. Room was clean and had a good view. Breakfast was very good. Good dinner options within immediate walking distance are somewhat limited - bad dinner options are numerous. We stayed here pre flight but we would have been happier in Puerto Varas which is mo further from airport. Hotel is corporate, with no extra frills. Serviceable but we found it depressing . Windows and window nets in our room could do with a good clean. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Nice hotel with a comfortable entrance hall and big rooms. The beds are comfortable but the quality of the breakfast could be improved by offering plain joghurt and better fruit.The service was very good. Charged me 30$ more for breakfast that was free as the Marriot booking site advertises it that way. I tried to speak with the lady at the front desk and like all things in the hotel she was like I can’t do anything. At first she argued with me and said I was wrong. When I showed her the app she just said oh and left it at that.
