No hot water early morning!

A big refurbishment OVERDUE!! We went to the apartments for 8 people and it was a big disappointment. Only soap and towels provided. No shampoo, no hair dryer, so the essentials forgotten. Be aware that before 7AM there is no hot Shower, a big NO, when you are an early bird like me.. The bathrooms and kitchens are in poor condition, tiles broken, bathtub paint peeled, etc. The Only good points is… A big refurbishment OVERDUE!! I was disappointed.The Gran Hotel is lovely historical hotel on the beach with unfortunately incredibly bad customer service. Dismissive. We stayed here for the day. The staff people were really friendly. Cannot review the rooms but all other accommodations made this place a good place for the day. Side note : The water in the lake is the coldest I have ever tried. When the pandemic becomes an excuse to provide the least amount of service, to customers in every single sense even morning breakfast. Alternate breakfast in and out, there are plenty of cafés around.You stay for the view, the swimming pool and the location, they do take serious measures regarding sanitization which is good. We had reserved a room for 4 nights for our Honeymoon. Sadly we had an accident with our car in the middle of our trip and had to stay in Argentina until the car was fixed. Finally when we arrived at the Hotel Pucon told the woman who was at the reception about our accident and that we were really sorry that we had to cancel 3 nights due to this unexpected event (and that in our Honeymoon :( ) it… We had reserved a room for 4 nights for our Honeymoon.
