Very bad experience in NH hotel Antofagasta

Very bad service at reception and worst on sleeping time. There was a horrible drilling noise from 9:30 to 10:20 PM at night. when calling to the Recepcionist, tjey wre suporised and then said tey will ask what happens. However and for my surprise, the guy told me they were working and could not stop and the noise will last "just 20 minutes and they will finished". Then, a hammer started.
