We stayed at the Hampton Inn late August and the early part of September. Ismael from the front desk helped us from the time we checked it the time we left. He always had a smile! Horrible! FIND ANOTHER HOTEL!!! There is zero security, no room keys for the past 5 days! Need to go to front desk to access your room. Can tell them the wrong room number and they will open for you. Not worth the money. Stay at another hotel. Front desk is not helpful! The restaurant is not open, the pool bar is closed. DO NOT COME IN SEPTEMBER!!! Do not say at this hotel! I have been coming to this Hampton for about a year, on e or twice a month, and absolutely all of the staff treats you like family. Highlights: terrific hot breakfast with lots of fresh melon, eggs, pancakes etc. Lines can get long during peak season though so best to arrive early. Having beach access was nice although it is a very small beach with few chairs so again, unless you go early and camp out, you're unlikely to get a chair/umbrella.
