Avoid this hotel. The service is inadequate, largely due to a lack of staff. The breakfast and dining rooms are extremely unpleasant, with a persistent smell that stays on your clothes throughout the day. The hotel has only one very slow elevator, making getting around frustrating and time-consuming. Beautiful hotel, well located on the waterfront in Praia close to other restaurants, bars and shops. A friendly, helpful and professional welcome by the hotel reception staff awaits its guests. The bedrooms are contemporary in design and extremely comfortable. We stayed here for one night “thanks” to a cancelled / delayed flight from Bestfly.We arrived to the hotel at 2.30pm and our room was ready at 6pm.The staff were friendly and a lunch buffet was provided. Food was basic but good, although not enough quantity for the large group pf people who had been 8 hours at the airport. The reception manager didn’t want to refund 130€ for a night that was prepaid although we have checked out and did not overnight there. They did not change their opinion during one week. Not fair. My son and I got stuck at this hotel for 2 days after our flights were canceled.We had the top penthouse suite which was nice but the balcony over looks the bridge and it smells like the sewer .
