The hotel itself is nice enough but it’s unfortunate that a standard room tucked away in a corner overlooking a noisy parking lot with no breakfast and a bathroom that looks like a 60’s motel costs over $400 per night. Perhaps that’s just Victoria in 2026. Chateau Victoria has been my home- away-from-home for years now when I visit. The staff are very friendly and so helpful in every way. The handy complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions and restaurants is a big plus. Look forward to coming here again next trip. From the minute we walked in the warm and welcoming lobby we felt comfortable like we were home.Everyone was so nice and the room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed two nights and wish it were more. It is in a great location close to restaurants and the waterfront.
