Location

This family-friendly hotel is located directly beside the port and near the cruise liner dock. Historic Gastown, the Robson Street shopping area, and beautiful Stanley Park can be easily reached on foot. It is only around 5 minutes to bars, restaurants, a bus stop and there is a train station about 10 minutes away by car.

Facility

11 junior suites, 8 suites, 220 single rooms and 214 double rooms are located on 19 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee). Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a car hire service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. Cyclists can make use of the bicycle storage area for a fee and hire service. Complimentary newspapers are available. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Some rooms include a balcony. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a king-size bed. The pleasantly heated water of the indoor pool area guarantees comfortable swimming. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. Water sports available at the hotel include water skiing, windsurfing, motorboat rides, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning and diving. The hotel's location is particularly ideal for skiers. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, billiards, bowling, squash, callisthenics, aerobics and handball. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a sauna, massage treatments, hydrotherapy treatments and a solarium. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Dinner options include à la carte and a set menu. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.
