Location

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Richmond, only about 20 minutes from downtown Vancouver. Within walking distance are two major shopping centres, a variety of restaurants and plenty of nightlife. The Canada Line Skytrain express to Downtown Vancouver is just 3 blocks away. Stanley Park, Rogers Arena, BC Place, BC Ferries and the Washington State border are all within roughly 30 minutes of the hotel. Approximately 5 minutes away is Vancouver International Airport.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 15-storey building with a lift and 237 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     We stayed 2 nights here. Front desk staff were pretty busy yet helpful. Very good in the attached restaurant (Cava). Only downfall is a weird and expensive parking system.
