    On arrival we went to our room which smelt like a cross between mouldy carpet and damp linen. We asked to move rooms due to bed size and we paid an extra $20 which was reasonable. Second room smelt...

    Black mold in the bathroom. Staff double charged the room. Complained to corporate and no action was taken about anything. If this is a trademark hotel, I will avoid Wyndham in the future.

    Dark, worn, mold on the bathroom ceiling. Lack of close restaurants and have to travel to Vancouver center by rail, Uber or taxi. Buttons on the elevator don't light. So E language barriers.

    This hotel was probably very nice 50 years ago. Currently it is old, musty, and in need of a total refit. We were disappointed with these accommodations.
