Beautiful room and great location, walkable to everything. However, checking in and out, without a dedicated area to pull over or someone from the hotel to help you with your luggage, was frightening. The street is too busy for that type of drop off/pickup. very uggly room and bad welcome / check in. No problem solving!

The ceiling light didn't work, there was a loose hanging wire, the window wouldn't open, and the view right outside was just a wall. Simply ugly, terrible—never again! The reception staff had no idea and provided no information about things to do in the local area!
