Great stay! Everything I could ask. Bar downstairs serves really good cocktails. The executive lounge has amazing views of the city and staff is very nice there - the checkin staff is nice as well. We stayed here our first two nights of our Canadian vacation, and it was our favorite after the Hotel Frontenac in Quebec. I really can't say enough great things about Toronto and a big part of that was our stay here. Yes, it has a great modern room, a nice lobby, a parking garage for your car and great staff at the desk, car check and our floor. We stayed 3 nights to celebrate an anniversary. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Upon arrival there was a dessert waiting in our room which was a nice surprise tho it came with one side plate, one napkin and one fork lol. Location is fantastic. The rooms are nice but there is surface dirt especially in the bathroom. The pool area is nice but a lot of times the sun is blocked by the buildings. We have stayed here several times and for $1500 for two nights we were surprised by the lack of security. The hotel was fantastic — modern, recently updated, and very clean.
