Some of the staff seemed to discriminate guests based on their appearance. Very clean room and bathroom. Had a suite but no microwaves. Also, the fridge was running but not cooling. When we booked this hotel we were keeping our fingers crossed based on the mixed reviews, but we didn’t have any problems at all.Our king suite on the 9th floor is quite nice. It’s spacious and clean, 2 TVs and plenty of sofa seatings. We had a comfortable 6 nights stay while visiting from NY. stayed for one night. Very disappointed that check in is at 4 pm and the pool closed at 7 and you have to make an appointment. For this reason I was unable to use amenities I paid for. The spa closed at 8 pm again due to check in timing unable to use amenities.
